Have you considered trying to get a job at a place that has CDL trucks and after you are able to prove yourself as a solid employee, they may be willing to train you. You can drive trucks up to 26,000 lbs. without a CDL.

Don't think you will get free CDL training anywhere. Most companies will train you, some charge for training and then rebate after you work there a while.
