I have 2 male neutured 11 yrs old brothers one of them is peeing on my handbags they go outside to go do their business have a litter in the night no changes apart from having a period at home then returning to work he is loving and loves attention never cries and is playfull he hasn't got any urine infections any help is greatly appreciated

You don't think that they don't have urinary tract infections, or you brought both cats to the vet and had their urine tested?

Yes both cat's tested and all clear.

It might be a combination of age, and you spending more time away from the house.
I would say more the fact that you are away at work.
Clean the bags and put them up on a shelf. You want to remove all scent so that it doesn't appear to be a 'good place' to pee.
