This man is a US citizen on the run from (approx) $100,000 owing in child support to an American spouse and child. He cannot work legally so does occasional jobs "under the table". He is in a common law relationship with a Canadian citizen and has abused and driven out her two children. He is aggressive and abusive. What steps will get him out of Canada?

1. Canada can enforce the child support order from the US, they have an agreement to do so.
2. If he is abusive to his current girlfriend, she can call the police and have him arrested.
3. if he does not have legal immigration status, he can be reported to Canadian immigration and police.''

If he is still married in US, he can not be "common law" he is merely living with a women
