    My Arkansas state return rejected because of missing forms, can' t re- efile
    State of Arkansas rejected state return for missing forms (1099R'S or schedule 8891). Can not refile electronicaly because only allowed when fileing with federal return. Would like the $19.99 charge for fileing state return to be reimbursed. I have been using turbo tax for years and this is first mistake.

    I doubt you will get a refund, because filing without all of the forms is YOUR fault, not TurboTax's.

    What is your question? How to get your money back from Tubor Tax IF THEY made the error? The info is right on the box.
