How can I make arrangements to pay rent/use for the property I am sqatting on.
I moved my personal property onto a foreclosed property because I was evicted and had nowhere to go !

Do you understand that you may very well be arrested for trespassing?

How do you know it has been foreclosed upon?

Look in the deed recording records in the county or similar jurisdiction you are in for a "lis pendens" filed by the plaintiff in a foreclosure lawsuit. That document will give you the identity of the lawsuit by which foreclosre has been instituted. If the foreclosure has been completed, it should show who purchased the property at the foreclosure sale.

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

Second, you are not a squatter, you are a trespasser. There is no such thing as squatting anymore. If you moved into a property that you neither own nor lease, you are trespassing.

If you want to find the owner to try and get them to let you live there, you have to check the county records. Either the Recorder of Deeds or the Tax Collector.

A foreclosed property is owned by either a lender, or the town/county/city who is owed taxes.
The fact that you know it's a foreclosure suggests that there is a sign on the property, so have you contacted them? They will probably have you arrested, since there is no such thing as squatting anymore. You can try to pretend you aren't there yet.. and you can promise to be caretaker, and move out with 3 day's notice... and hope it goes over. Which with liability being the way it is, they probably won't accept.
