On Jan. 31,2013 I went to the ER found out I was pregnant my HEG level was 90-H sense then I have bleeding on and off so I returned today Feb. 17,2013 because I was bleeding more then usual I have had no cramps,pain,or cloting or tissue passed. My level today was only 130 if its suppose to double every 1-3 days then what's going on in mine? What are the possibilitys to look into? Please answer ASAP

What you should be looking into is a clinic or private GYN where you can be followed on a regular basis by one doctor or team. Going to the ER is just a terrible waste of your time and theirs. You can't get the care and answers you need there, because there are real emergencies to tend to.
There are different reasons your level might be lower.
