I took a blue dye ons step pregnancy test it said negative I haven had a period since dec 8 12 my breast feel heavier and fuller I'm very ill and I have insomina could I be pregnant and it just not be showing up yet please help

When did you take the pregnancy test? Did you use your first morning urine?

Take it in the morning with your first urine of the day. Urine is most concentrated in the morning.

I also had bad lower back pain about two weeks ago

That could be caused by a number of things. Take a pregnancy test, or see a doctor for a blood test.

I will but woudnt that put me at aboout 10 weeks I would think it would show up by now

Some women never have a positive urine test. If you test negative, see a doctor for a blood test.
