I'm looking for an old movie about a water girl and a fire boy

I need your help.
When I was little I watched a great cartoon movie and I really want to find it but all I can remember about this movie is that there were fire people and water people, the Boy was fire and he had yellow-orange skin and the girl was water and she had blue skin , and they were forbidden to be in love.. and I think it's a French cartoon.
Please help me find this movie!
Oh and it's not Sirius no Densetsu I'm 100% sure!
