Assalam aleykum sir I have 2 sister and 2 brother includind me my 1 sister is married and my one sister is unmarried because she is disable and my father divide the property to my all brother and sister now question is the property which is the owner of my disable sister after her death how to divide property does my married sister is have to take property or she is able in this property?

Hi amashasif, it depends on the laws of your country if there is no will. Do you know the wishes of your father before he died, and your sister before she died? If they are alive, has either of them mention their wishes?
Usually property goes to the most immediate family equally if there is no will.
If your other sister took care of the dying sister, then perhaps all you brothers will give your shares to her. I assume that no parent is still living?
