Hi my son is 14 months old he just banged his head on the floor and had an instant nose bleed I put ice on it for ten minutes he seems fine now but I'm wondering if I should take him to see a doctor or will he be fine

When a toddler bangs his head, it could result in concussion. Should not let him sleep for a while because of this. Take him to the ER to get checked out.

This is your call as a parent. We can't make the call, we aren't there, we don't know how severe this is. If you're concerned, then see a doctor. Better safe than sorry.

Serious head injuries are concussive and develop a lot of ongoing problems thereafter, so best to get a professional's opinion. I hope OP followed advise for little tyke.
