Possibly admit you to the hospital. This could be considered hypertensive crisis. You risk having a stroke at this level.

Normally, if a blood pressure is over 130/90, the doctor will ask that one watches what they eat; like no salt. Salt is the main blood pressure problem, along with heredity, and other things. With your pressure that high, he will probably put you on medication. He should wait a few minutes to give you time to relax a little, then have a nurse take your pressure again. Sometimes, pressure can go up, just by being nervous at the doctors's office.

The doctor will try to find out why this is happening.

    Mike, which is it?

    200/130 or 185/110?

While the two are close there may be a reason for the lower reason. Any exercise before taking your pressures? Caffeine?

So you go and if it is high, you get medication, worry is not going to make it better.

At walmart you have been walking all around. It is not always 100 percent correct
But if high, you need to be checking it all the time,
Do you check it at home

I think Mike may be a bit of a hypochondriac.
