Do you sit at your computer for hours?
Check how you sit: countless aches, pains, and numbness comes from sitting wrong for a long time. Maybe that foot is bent under your chair.
At my age (66) I have to be constantly aware of how I sit or I will hurt big time.
Face the desk straight on. Knees should be slightly higher than the seat of the chair. Feet flat on the floor. Arms should rest on the desk neither too high nor too low. Mouse hand should be straight in a line so that the wrist is not bent to the side.
