Hiiiiii... recently I applied for I 765 but its denied and they send me a decision on mail its something like this... evidence submitted does indicate that a copy of your I-589 was received for processing on behalf of the immigration judge. However, the I-589 is not considered properly field until reviewed and accepted by the immigration judge in open court.

So... what I need to do next... and what reason they denied ?
I am not understand can you help me ?

It appears that your I 765 was not properly filled out and until it is reviewed and accepted, it is denied. That is the reason it was refused. Do you have trouble reading english? There must be a phone number or address, or e mail of the office that sent you the notice, suggest you phone them and find out what your next step is.
