First some background information. I am 20 years old and still a virgin. I also have been masturbating for some time now. However I never inserted anything into my vagina other than my middle finger which used to give me extreme pleasure. Clear or white vaginal discharge is normal. The only time you need worry is when it's green, yellow, or any color other than clear or white, and has a foul odor.

The itching could be a yeast infection, but normally you'd have yellow or green discharge with that. Is the itching a constant thing, or sporadic? If it's sporadic, it could be due to douching, soap, the type of underwear you wear, or your cycle.

The lump inside should be seen to by a doctor. There's no way for anyone online to even guess what it may be. If it's a concern, see an gynecologist, tell him/her everything you're experiencing.
