There is no healthy way to lose weight fast. Eating isn't the problem, it's what you eat. Are you eating a lot of snack foods, fried foods, fast food?
When you're craving a snack, grab something healthy. Carrots, an apple, a banana, something that will fill you up, but doesn't have a lot of extra calories.
Are you active?
Well what you can do is eat healthy and exercise and be active or be in a diet that could work too.
