Shared drive way. Our neighbors have been fortunate in winning a competition to have there property renovated(good luck to them)
It will involve a good number of heavy trucks using the driveway and
I foresee damage to driveway.
Who would be responsible for repairing, neighbor or prize giving company
I will not name them as we were asked to keep it quiet.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Take dozens of before pictures. Include grass along edges.
