I have been paying a agreed amount of$100 per month to Penncro Associates collections for over 2 years.. The collectors now want me to pay more than the agreed amount and are asking for proof of income in order to continue with the agreed $100 per month.
Is this legal? I have never missed a payment and do not want to give them any information that I am not required to.

How was this payment agreement arranged? Through a court? A mediator? Or by mutual agreement?

Do you have a written repayment arrangement? If so, they can't change it. But I suggest you read it carefully.
