I have a light yellow color discharge from my private part and it itches a lot I have no way of paying for a doctor to be seen because I have no job and I tried getting health insurance but get denied. It itches so much and intense that I wipe hard to stop it and now it has started bleeding when I wipe from urinating. I cry everyday because I need help and it irritates me and embarrassing I need help and what can I do since I can't afford to go to the doctor. Please help

Yellow discharge with itch is an infection. What sort of infection? There's no way to diagnose that over the internet.
