I had a mirena iud in for 2 years it fell out on jan 30... I have been kind of stressed because I know sprem can live inside you for a few days and me and my fience have had unprotected sex up until the day it fell out. Well with in the last few days I have been feeling extreamly sleepy emotional sore tender breast nausious and what not so I took 2 ept test first was negative. Second was pos. I'm confused I heard you are less likely to get a false positive then a false negative do I just need to take another test?
