Hi, I recently had grommets fitted, however my speech is still muffled.
Can you suggest a good sinus / euastation tube un-blocker?

What does your own medical practitioner suggest ?

I only had the grommets a few days ago, my hearing is better, nut speech still muffled.
The next appointment with the consultant is in 6 weeks.

CALL the office anyway, not to be seen but for advice. There are many OTC products such as anti-histamines such as Benadryl that help, but I would not take anything after surgery without OK by your doctor.
