Good Evening:

I have had a whoosing/ocean like noise in my right ear for a week or so. This noise is not consistent and will stop depending on which way I tilt my head.

Any suggestions!

Sounds like fluid behind the ear drum. You can take decongestants until you get in to the doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
