I need his card by 1/13/2013. I don't have any transportation to a ss office. Is it possible for me to get it off line? I have all my information.

You have to apply in person. The potential for fraud is too great. You will need to arrange a ride. Call first and ask what kind of documentation you need.

You need to get him a SSN, or you lost the one he has?
You can open an account at SSA.gov for yourself and apply for a number for a child there.
