It is general and I need help with outline and theses.

My literature search, actually I am still writing on the final draft..

Argumentative means you present one side and argue with proof to favor it, or you might present both sides and argue each. I'm not sure which you are supposed to do.

I am supposed to do argument for two sides and I am for an EUTHANASIA but the presentation will be like debate with another person has the same topic but against.
Also, I am supposed to writ after the argumentative plan how can I change people opinion to be agree with this topic.
I hope you understand me.

One interesting pro argument might be examining past small populations on islands and very severe climates. I'm thinking of Tahiti, where I read once that certain people were expected to kill any babies they had (I'm not positive about that though), or the Arctic, where the elderly were left out in the cold or dumped in the ocean once they lost their usefulness. Practices that were vital to maintain life in general but which many consider to be cruel nowadays.

I'm sure you have the usual huge growth of world population without enough natural resources, and the ability to keep people alive through very expensive medical care, an expense paid for by the younger ones.

Another argument is that we should be allowed to make the personal decision about when and how we die, and have it be painless and legal. We control so many other aspects of our lives except death. It's the last religious 'it's up to God' bastion.

Con - misuse of power over another life, and the difficulty of determining who dies, why, when, and who gets to decide.

It depends. I don't know much about euthanasia but if you need to know how to write a thesis I can help with that.
