I have taken 3 pregnancy test and all were negative. I haven't got my period but they have always been irregular. I feel pressure in my stomach like something is moving. I have no pregnancy symptoms besides missed period.what could this be?

It could be gas or who knows what. Time to make a doctor's appointment.

I did the tests today and I haven't had a period in a month.

When you tested did you use first morning urine?

Have you gone for a blood test?

If your period is only a month late, it's too early for you to feel movement if you are indeed pregnant. So the movement you're feeling would not be pregnancy related.
