    Roof vents
I have three roof vents(box steel, turtle looking vents) on my back roof, there is barely a slope to this roof,it seems that when the snow and ice melts that the middle vent is backing up into house causing ceiling to leak.there is no attic.
I realize come spring the only solution is to replace roofing and possibly some of the trusses on the older portion of the home.
Do I really need three vents?

With such a minimal slope should I use other form of venting?

Can I put ice and snow barrier paper to cover the whole roof?
The last guy to do roof only put small piece at edge of roof, and nothing around these vents.
    Please help

What is the approximate slope, over how many feet, and what is the other dimension?
Is there a ridge? And a roof on the other side of the ridge, with a steeper slope, like a saltbox roof?
When you say no attic, but then mention trusses, are you talking two different places?
Or do you mean no attic because it's full of trusses?
Can you add a drawing? It's hard to visualize.
You might just need to caulk some flashing.
