When I turn the ignition key on to start vehicle, the 15 amp fuse labeled elk/ign keeps blowing which will not let vehicle start. Can anyone help me?

You could disconect the coil and try without it as it is ignition switched or other items that are ignition switched.
A resistnce on individual components will reveal the culprit.
Check the engine compartment for bad wires(exposed/shorting)
Maybe check around the Dash if an after Market Radio has been installed.
Security System?
