Hey, so I found an article for you that helps with the dodge RAM not blowing hot air. Likely you will need to talk to a mechanic. It could be a problem with your heater core, or other. But likely best to have a mechanic check it over
Also, you may consider a 12 volt heater for now instead of replacing the heater core (or whatsoever mechanical work is required). The mechanic will for sure cost some hundreds, while a 12v heater is as low as $15 or $20.
Reverse flush the heater core--pretty simple to do.
