I am newly married. My husband is paying back child support. If he should die, would I be responsible for paying it. And what about the home and autos we both own?

Support obligations end at the death of the parent with the order... any arrears (meaning stuff previously owed but not yet paid) can be levied against their estate... however any NEW support payments will not.
