Is it normal to have a knot in your 1week and 1 day industrial piercing

That's very normal all of mine have done that. Sometimes they show up quick and leave quick or they take a while to leave, you never know. Don't worry about it being a small knot, hurting or bleeding unless it gets swollen or bleeds a lot.
