    Hi Magellan

Can you isolate this to just hot or just cold water? Is this a single handle or a two handle faucet... let me know, OK?

It sounds like you may have an issue with a loose washer at one of the shutoffs under the sink. I would start here by shutting off the water supply to the faucet and then remove the shutoff stem(s) and washer(s) and inspect them... if loose washer replace the washer or the entire shut off.

    Back to you...

It is a single handle and no it doesn't seem to make any diffrence hot or cold. Still does same thing , I did find another water line that does come off same cold water for ice maker for down stairs unit that is no longer there.

Thank you very much for any help you can give Me!!

Next step is to inspect the shutoff valves under the sink... remove the guts/stem and inspect the washers... ;)
