I have a 15yr old child whom I have supported all this time. The father dissapeard from our lives shortly after her birth. I recently found out he is in Jail, soon to be realesed, chances are he gets deported, how do I claim child support?

You go to Court, prove paternity, ask for child support.

Obviously if he's deported he isn't going to pay.

Do you know where he'll be deported to? Will he have work there? Will the child support order be ENFORCED in Mexico? Even if you got one, I don't it will.
