I tested positive on an EtG test. I was 9 weeks pregnant at the time. I unknowingly miscarriage 2 weeks prior to being tested. The fetal gestation was approx 7 weeks. I did NOT consume any alcohol. The lab cut off is 1000ng/ml. I do not know exactly what my level is or what my creating was. I am currently waiting for gcsm confirmation results. My question is can pregnancy or fetal demiseinfluence EtG testing/results? I am in drug court and on probation and am facing jail time if I'm unable to prove my innocence. I have offered to do hair folicle and fingernail etoh testing as well as a polygraph test. I have also requested a pregnancy test or DNA test be done on my "positive" test to ensure that it is even my urine. Any facts or documentation would be greatly appreciated.
