I can't tell you whether you are pregnant. I need bodily fluids to do that and you can't give them to me via the internet.

There are many things that can cause a late or missed period. A few are stress, weight gain or loss, change in diet and/or exercise, etc.

As an OB nurse, I can tell you that 8 days is not really considered late for even the most regular of women. Two weeks maybe, one month for sure.

When taking the test, you need to make sure you are using first morning urine as it is the most accurate.
