I have a duomatic olsen ultramax furnace (93% efficiency) in my home. It was installed in 1985. What is the expected life of this type of Furnace?

Hard to say. I have seen identical brands and models vary greatly. I just changed out a GE gas heater installed in 1974 that ran perfectly but the AC had been replaced twice.
