I have had abdominal pain for a couple months but it isn't as bad lately and I feel movement in my belly I took 3 home pregnancy tests the first 2 said negative the 3rd said positive I then had 2 more pregnancy tests done at the health department and er they both came back negative the er said I have lots of white blood cells in my urine which could have made the one test say positive what could be wrong

It doesn't sound like you are pregnant. Go back to the ER and have them do a blood test and check further into this pain. You could have ulcers and be very anemic. It could be any number of problems. Please get it checked out.
