I've plowed snow all day truck cooled off for 2 hours now it'll start run a few seconds then stall, any ideas?

Plowed with the truck all day, shut down for couple hours now will start hard then stall. Any ideas?

. Focus on water and fuel. Purge water from system and change under hood and under frame fuel filters, if they haven't been recently changed.

. Ensure oil is up to the full line and that the oil and filter have been recently changed.

My truck has 230000 miles has run great 14 years I've owned it. Now it's pumping crank oil into the fuel tank. I've been told bad head and or cracked head. Anybody had similar problems and fix's? Thanks
