I've meet someone and she said that it was $500 Canadian.

This is a scam, it isn't 500 cdn. Think about this, if she isn't in Canada, from another country, how does she go about getting a Cdn. Passport in the first place?

She said a Ghana passport cost her over there $500 Canadian for her to get a Ghana passport

Ghana Romance Scams are well documented.
By all means have fun, but once they ask for money it's time to bail..

OK THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION It took me a while to do this just for everyone to know I did send her money and she keeps asking for more for all sorts of different things. Boy do I feel real stupid for not coming on here first. I hope that this will help someone else.

A Ghana passport from Ghana and a Canadian visa would be less than 300 dollars. There is an entire play they do for all sorts of money,

Lots of people fall for this, it's a big business. As far as this helping someone else? I doubt it. Sadly, too many people are told that they are being scammed but don't want to believe it even when presented with evidence.

I'm glad you found out before you lost too much.
