Last depo shot October 17, 2012. In December a glob of cervical mucus was in my urine, have unprotected sex with my boyfriend January 9th or 10th, now been having pregnancy symptoms like tiredness, metallic taste, lower abdominal cramps, peeing a lot, nausea, just started vomiting 2 days ago and it was 3 times around 4 am like 1 hour after eating. Back cramps started today when walking at the mall. Got a blood test and came back negative, but I haven't seen my obygn yet. Should I be worried because I see a lot of girls who went through this and later on found out they were pregnant.

Not much point in worrying but it's worth going to the doctor to see why you're feeling poorly. It could be pregnancy or could be something else.

Just an FYI, you would not have cervical mucus in your urine. Urine does not pass through your cervix and cervical mucus would not go through your urethra, either.
