No period, 3 negative hpt and negative bloodtest, ultrasound pending
My period is never more than a few days late. Currently 10 days late. I have taken 2 hpt which were negative and 1 inconclusive. Blood test was negative but that was done only 3days after missed period. On day 2 of missed period I woke really bloated.. . since then my hips and lower back are sore. My nipples are extremely sensitive and I'm extra moody, cry at the drop of a pin over nothing. I do have a history of ovarion cyst... was told I have some pe lvic scarring and may or may not be able to get pregnant. Could I be pregnant still, is it an ectopic pregnancy or just anothet cyst

At 10 days late it's likely too early to test. Most women don't get a reliable result until they're at least 2 weeks late.

When you tested did you use first morning urine?

Wait at least 4 more days and then test using first morning urine. If it's negative then wait for your next period. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.

Could it be an ectopic pregnancy or cyst? Sure, but just like pregnancy, there's no way to diagnose that online, you'd have to see your doctor to confirm that.

    Good luck.

Sadly, waiting is all you can do. Every woman goes through this when trying to conceive. The wait is really hard, I know, but that's the only thing you can do. The only way to diagnose pregnancy is with urine, blood, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. Symptoms cannot diagnose pregnancy.

    So, you'll have to wait.

    Good luck.

Yes. Using first morning urine makes a big difference as the pregnancy hormones is more concentrated in the urine after sleeping all night. You see, you aren't diluting your urine by eating and drinking while you sleep. ;)

Yes, it does. Tests taken at other times of the day are not as reliable, it's very easy to get a false negative.

First morning urine is more concentrated, and therefore has a higher concentration of the hcg hormone, the hormone used to detect pregnancy. So, when you retest in 4 days, make sure to use first morning urine.
