I have full guardianship of my niece with no court ordered visitation set up for her birth mother or father. My husband is in the military and we may be pcs ing to ft bending ga. We currently live at ft Knox ky. My question is will I have to do anything legally to move out of state with my niece? Thank you for your time.

I would suggest you check with the court first. But if the parents have no visitation there shouldn't be a problem/
