    Possibility of pregnancy
Is it possible to be pregnant if you had a menstration a day after your last sexual intercourse?

ANY time there is penile insertion there is a risk of pregnancy. The possibility is small in the situation you describe but it exists.

Even if withdrawal method was practiced? Should I be alarmed because I am not ready to have a baby yet..

The withdrawal method is the least effective form of birth control.

Like I said, the risk is always there. It's a small risk so I wouldn't be alarmed, but you will not be able to know until a couple of weeks after your next period is due.

If you are not ready for a child, then why are you practicing risky behavior? No one should engage in sexual intercourse until they are ready to have a child. No form of contraception is 100% effective.

Many (like myself) do not even feel withdrawal is a method, because there is sperm often in the early fluids, and most men don't get out in time. Pregnancy almost always happen, over time, if that is all you use.

The timing for this makes it less likely but it is possible. If you are not ready for 4 am baby feedings, you need to not have sex. Or at least use two methods such as birth control pills and condoms both
