It's dance music where the lady who's singing is wearing a red strapless dress where the story follows a really tall and famous man who goes out for the night in a city which I think was in Japan? Where people notice him and lets him do autographs where at one point he gets in a cab and the driver turns the music down on his radio then the passenger(the tall famous guy) complains to turn the music back up so he does.. I cAn't seem to remember the title. Please help :)
