I have an ingrown hair on my panty line , & it started to bleed tonight after I showered . I'm 38 weeks pregnant so I can not pluck the hair . What can I do ?

Has it not come to a head as a pimple yet; the hair will come out with the puss that accumulates. If it has started to bleed, this is probably about to happen.

I'm 38 weeks pregnant so it's a little difficult to really see even with a mirror , but I thought it looked like there was a head , but I may be wrong . It is very painful . Is that normal ? I've never had an ingrown hair on my panty line .

Oh, yes, they can be pretty painful, but you can wait till it breaks then the issue will be solved without a problem. This is the way it should be done anyway, I never recommend poking around anything like that to 'pop' it. Let nature take is course. Or you can have your doctor take care of it, but that is something I wouldn't bother doing.
