My HOA was giving false information during a conversation and I recorded the property manager telling me information that was not true. Have I broken any laws in Nevada?
Was this during a private one on one meeting or during an open HOA meeting? Was this on a telephone... or face to face?
Its not so cut and dry in Nevada... specific situations matter.
