Late period but negative tests?

I had a baby on September 17 2012.
About four and a half months ago.
My last period was December 28th.
I feel menstrual cramps as of today.
I don't have any pregnancy symptoms.
Last time I was pregnant, I was sick immediately.
And I have taken two tests, both negative.
What is going on?
