What can I do to be taller?
I'm 16 now and about 1.75m
I want to be more than 1.83m.

Wait as you are not done growing.

You may grow a little taller with more age.

I'm playing basketball about 1 hour everyday,eat a lot of fruits and drink 2 glasses of milk everyday.I hope to be taller:((
Do I have to visit a doctor?
My father is 1.81m and my mother is about 1.67m

Your height is determined by genetics, but you will have to wait until you have stopped growing, say around 20 or so. There s nothing you can do, or we can do for you.

There si nothing you can do, that will "make you taller" no doctor visit will help. There is no magic food, no pills.

Just wait, at 16 you are still going to grow for next 2 , 3 or even 4 years

So you want to say playing basketball about 2 hours everyday can't help me?:((
I'm 1.75m tall for 1 or 2 years:(I don't know why I'm not becoming taller:(

Playing basketball 2 hours a day will strengthen your muscles, it will help your health, and do a lot of great things for your health, It will not add one cm to your height
