I have Windows Vista. Some of the links in my email open and I can use the mouse to navigate, other times the link brings me to the site but the page is frozen. This only started recently. What is happening and how do I fix it.

My husband already did that and yet I still have the problem. Strange that just some of the links freeze. For example the response I just got from Askmehelpdesk about your answer. That link came up as a blank page and the hour glass just kept on spinning.
