Early pregnancy

So I was 4 days late and I took a clear blue digital pregnancy test and it came back pregnant and underneath said 1-2. So I confirmed it with blood tests but when I went for my ultra sound a week later it showed nothing. I haven't had any spotting or bleeding so I really don't believe I miscarried... What are your thoughts!

It's too early for ultrasound to show anything.

What did the ultrasound technician say, or your doctor?

The tech said he isn't allowed to say anything, and my doctor said it could be too early or I miscarried but I haven't had any signs of miscarriage. I have another ultrasound Monday I just hate waiting so long... Just wanted another opinion

Since the pregnancy test showed positive, you are pregnant, but even that test was too early, often it will not show up for another week or two. The ultrasound was way to early, why did the doctor order it so early.

Even Monday is way to early, why are you doubting so much ? You don't get signs of pregnancy beside a missed period for many more weeks, some women don't get any.

At this point you should be waiting about 3 or 4 weeks for the ultrasound A blood test at the doctor to confirm pregnancy now
