I'm trying to run planetside 2 it runs good but here and there it will just lag like it will be running perfectly for like 7 min but then lag for like 1 min and it really getts anoying. I have a dell in inspiron n7110 i5-2430m 2.40GHz 6GB ram now what would most likely reson it lag my processor my ram or because it over heats

You probably have an onboard graphics chipset... this is probably not sufficient to play the game at points where it becomes graphics intensive.

As a side note... I just looked at the game and it does look cool. Is it a big learning curve or fairly easy to pick up on and get playing? Is it really free or do they hold back some features if you don't pay?
