I'm asking This because I think I might be pregnant. Okay, So my period is usually 5-7 Days long and the first couple of days its light than heavy for one or two days than back to light. Okay I'm going to explain everything that's been happening I started my period for January 5 2013 to January 9 2013. Than Afterwards I was having unprotected intercourse with my husband and on January 17 2013 I started lightly bleeding all the way until January 22 2013. Which is Five days and I was wondering if it could have been implantion bleeeding or a period. ( I have been under a lot of stress because my mom is terminaly ill and I Have been looking for a job for about three months now.) I'm just wondering someone please answer me.

Almost daily, someone posts some variation of this same question and the answer is always the same. We can't know whether you are pregnant. It's possible, but we can't confirm it. You need to wait until a good week after a missed period and then take a pregnancy test.

Dontknownuthin is right. We get this same question so many times a day that I'm actually thinking about asking posters to send me their urine just so I can test, because there's no other way for us to diagnose pregnancy.

Wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late and test using first morning urine. If that test is negative then wait until your next period is due. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test.

Since you're trying to conceive, don't stress yourself out too much, that can cause issues with your period and conception. It will happen, just keep having unprotected sex and you'll be pregnant before you know it, if you're not already pregnant.

Can it be stress, yes, stress could cause the spotting
Stress can be cause of light period.

Infections can cause it

Spotting with pregnancy is normally just 2 or 3 days

So, according to your tracking of cycle, when was this period due ? What was the due date for the period, was it correct with the 5 light days ? Or is the period due another time?

Wait two weeks from the period due date, and do a pregnancy test. If negative, wait till the next months period is due and see if you miss or get it
